The intersection of hermeneutics (the philosophy of interpretation) and leadership is a critical topic, especially with AI changing how we work. Hermeneutics provides the “how-to,” the methodological discipline, for leaders to navigate complexity and make sure their systems and communications are grounded in meaning.

The leader’s role is shifting. It’s moving from being a conventional “decision-maker” to being a “decision-orchestrator.” And just as importantly, they are becoming an “interpretive steward” and the primary communicator of meaning.
